Crown launch 100% recycled paint packaging

Here’s some great news for all of you who are trying to be a little more sustainable. Crown paints launch the first 100% recycled paint packaging which is going to make a real impact on the environment. Their company has invested in a new manufacturing process which reduces the volume of reusable post-consumer waste (PCW) plastic which usually ends up in landfill.

The plastic 2.5 litre and 5 litre containers, which will be available across the Crown Paints’ retail range from mid-August, have been manufactured by packaging solutions expert Emballator. The paint containers will soon be available across the entire Crown Paints range including their larger 10 litre tubs and Crown Trade products. With such sustainability credentials, the new paint cans are the ideal choice for today’s environmentally conscious consumers. Keep your eye out for the new packaging available in most hardware stores in August.
