Merry Christmas!

As always it’s been a really fun (and busy) few weeks in the office.  We had our office Christmas meal at The Marksman on Hackney Road- what a funny night!  I stayed out far too late!  I think Wednesday is going to be my last day in the office and so we are trying to wrap everything up before then.  I have been asked to style one of the rooms for the Grand Designs Live exhibition 2011 in April.  It’s definitely something that I will try and do as I think it’s a great show.  I’m now going to spend the last few days finalsing two pitches for large ad jobs (both for February-typical).  Fingers crossed I get  them as they both sound really creative.

I have also accepted an invitation from my old university to go back and lecture about styling.  I will spend the morning presenting and the afternoon having one to one critic sessions with the students.  I always get a little nervous but really enjoy it at the same time.  I think it’s so important to give something back to the uni and I love seeing what the students are producing.

Well Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all have a very restful break xxx
