Styling for Rylan and DFS

Last month we had the opportunity to style Rylan’s house for the DFS Thingster campaign. DFS always create collaborations, and this one was no exception. DFS say, “So what is your thing? It’s your passion. Your vibe. Your taste. There’s no right or wrong because it’s your style. It’s what brings you joy and what makes you, you!

I have to say that Rylan was one the nicest celebrities I have ever worked with. Kind, hilarious and professional. He NAILED his lines to the camera and managed to deliver everything in one take – epic. I’m also extremely lucky to have DFS as a client, as they trust my creative approach.

Here is my design mock-up image (below) and the finished photo – not a bad match. The only thing we kept out was the olive tree, as we decided it jarred a little with the shot. He said he was going to keep the tree outside and so I’ll have to take a look next time we see his living room on Goggle Box :)
