Just look at the beautiful Interior trends from Sweden in this central Gothenburg apartment. It was designed by the very talented Hannah Heyman and photographed by Fredrik J Karlsson, for Alvhem. The earthy palette they have used is so soothing and works perfectly in this period style building. Soft sage, soothing sand and pale putty are the three main colours that are used throughout the space, which is very ‘of the moment’. Combine this with pale wooden flooring and reclaimed style furniture and what you have is an apartment that oozes style and sophistication – gorgeous.
Here’s what Alvhem has to say about making a house a home…”We at Alvhem do not think that a home is a home, if it does not seem that someone lived there. Without man, everything that made a home uniquely failed. Home. We think that word is so important that we chose it as part of our company name. Alvhem. We see a home where two stories meet – one’s own and the apartment’s. Or a little easier expressed, home with history and room for life. A place where all the things we fall in love with are united. The new ones, those inherited, those that are second hand, vintage or original. Otherwise it’s no home.”
